The expansion aims to increase the facility's capacity, accommodating 128 resident beds, a significant increase from the current count, distributed across four residential wings.

Our Comprehensive Involvement:

Key Stages of Design: CodeNext Inc. played a pivotal role throughout the project's design stages, addressing complex Code compliance challenges.

Spatial Challenges: The layout of the residential wings introduced spatial separation and exit exposure complexities, necessitating detailed evaluations of all openings and exterior walls within the facility.
