Meet Paul, Fire Sprinkler Systems Designer
Paul joins our Atlantic Canada team, bringing with him over a decade of experience in fire sprinkler design — and a reputation for excellence that precedes him. With a background in Civil Engineering Technology, Business Management, and a Fire Sprinkler Design diploma, Paul blends technical expertise with hands-on installation contractor know-how.
He is also proudly NICET Level I certified, a highly respected industry designation that reflects his advanced knowledge, skill, and commitment to professionalism in the field of sprinkler design.
Known for his dedication, sharp thinking, and easygoing, positive demeanor, Paul is the kind of person who brings both quality and heart to every project. He’s fluently bilingual in French and English, and proudly based in Atlantic Canada — where he’s lived his whole life and built a strong reputation for reliability and collaboration.

Meet Ramina, Project Manager
With over nine years of experience spanning architectural design, interior design, and construction documentation, Ramina brings a depth of knowledge and precision that’s rare to find — and impossible to ignore. From large-scale, high-end residential projects to fast-paced commercial builds, she has delivered code-compliant, beautifully executed designs that move seamlessly from concept to construction.
Her breadth of experience — from zoning approvals to 3D modeling and everything in between — makes her a powerful asset to our team and an exceptional resource for our clients. Ramina’s ability to navigate complex projects, communicate across disciplines, and bring ideas to life will help CodeNext clients feel confident, supported, and in expert hands every step of the way.
Ramina holds a Master’s in Architecture Engineering, and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. She is highly skilled in producing detailed working drawings and technical specifications, conducting field assessments and as-built documentation, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and municipal officials. Her understanding of building systems, construction methods, and compliance with the Ontario Building Code is second to none.
Known for her calm presence, sharp eye, and ability to manage multiple priorities with grace, Ramina has already made an impact — and we’re just getting started.

Meet Kelly, Project Manager
Kelly brings over a decade of leadership experience across operations, project management, fire protection consulting, and hospitality — a rare combination that makes her an incredible asset to our clients and our internal team.
Most recently, Kelly led operations for multiple branches across Western Canada at a national fire protection company, overseeing everything from strategic revenue growth to technical resourcing, HSEQ initiatives, and customer service standards. She's known for her ability to lead with calm confidence, balancing multiple priorities while keeping projects on time, teams aligned, and clients supported.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality & Tourism Management (with a minor in HR) from Toronto Metropolitan University and an Advanced Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering Technology (with Honours) from Seneca College. She is also a Certified Engineering Technician through OACETT — further reinforcing her technical credibility and industry expertise.
Whether she’s coordinating with technical teams, engaging clients, or managing complex fire protection projects, Kelly is known for being steady, strategic, and solutions-oriented. Her easygoing nature and strong relationship-building skills have made her a go-to leader throughout her career — and she’s already making her mark here at CodeNext.
